Our client has a short term need for a Credit Controller to provide some support to their own Credit Controller following a backlog arising over the summer period.
The main requisites would be:
* Appreciation of professional services firm
* Ability to use e-mail/ excel & good written communication skills
* Good telephone manner/ skills
* All aspects of Credit Control duties
* Generating weekly aged debt reports and working from them to chase clients by phone/ e-mail
* Liaising with Partners and Associates as to the status of their clients debts
* Diarising credit control comments on web based system
* Generating reminder letters/ letters before action
* General ad hoc accounting and administrative duties as required
