My Client is part of a multinational organisation working within the Oil and Gas sector
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Due to ongoing business needs, they are currently looking to recruit a Project Engineer who will be responsible for the following:
Execution of customer orders to time, cost and quality.
Planning of order execution. Raising production schedule
Attend hand over meetings for all orders with Sales and arrange prompt handover to Operations Dept after checking orders raising BOM and/or purchasing parts.
Attend bid clarification and project meetings with clients where required.
Responsible for all client documentation requirements. SDR, Quality Plans, GA Drawings, Testing Procedures
Preparation of BOM in a timely manner, to meet project schedules.
Responsible for raising P.R. for bought out items.
Liaising with client,suppliers and Inspectors on purchases, queries, progressing,despatch or complaints.
Responsible for inter departmental communications when orders undertaken require actions from these departments.
Promote company vision, values and reputation with all staff, customers, suppliers, partners and regulatory bodies.
IDEAL CANDIDATE:
The successful candidate will ideally possess the following attributes:
- Experience within the project engineering field.
- An HNC / ONC qualification or higher in a relevant discipline.
- Computer literate with experience working with CAD
- Ideally will have experience within the oil and gas / offshore sector although this is not a prerequisite - of more importance is experience working within a project environment.
