To call customers and promote and sell products/services as part of a dedicated team on behalf of our client, achieving required targets and productivity levels.
Hours - 40 (per week). Contracted between the hours of 9am – 9pm, Mon – Sat.
Salary - £14,000
To successfully achieve and exceed targets and productivity levels ensuring standards of quality.
To effectively provide prompt and accurate information as and when required.
To achieve and help ensure that the department meets required service levels.
To work as part of a dedicated team, supporting team colleagues and the Team Managers as required.
To understand and adhere to all departmental, client procedures and company procedures.
To have a good working knowledge of the clients’ products and/or services.
Other duties & responsibilities which from time to time may fall above or below the remit for this position
Necessary
At least 2 GCSE’s – Grade D and above in Maths and English or equivalent
Experience:
Experience of a sales/call centre environment is preferred but not essential as full product and sales training is provided.
