A Market Leading Financial Organisation is looking for experienced Team Leaders to join its team in Doxford International Business Park.
The role is to deliver exceptional business performance, through powerful leadership and performance development of the team.
Key Responsibilities Include:
* Build, develop and motivate a high performing team committed to achieving success through each other.
* Manage team leavers activity, liaising with relevant areas as required
* Manage poor performance and disciplinary/Grievance issues professionally and promptly applying company procedures
* Be a role model for your people - doing things whole heartedly, communicating with passion and enthusiasm, embracing change
* Create an empowering environment for your team
The successful applicant must have a proven track record of Leading an outbound sales team with a minimum of 2 years experience within a similar role.
This role offers an excellent basic salary of 25,000 plus bonus - OTE of 35,000. Brilliant package including private healthcare, generous contributory pension.
The role is to Lead a Team of Outbound Sales Advisors.
