We are currently recruiting for a highly experienced customer service administrator who has previous experience and knowledge of supply chain and SAP. The main purpose of the role is to ensure effective and efficient supply and invoicing to the customers and provide a high level of customer service.
The main duties are to:
• Ensure orders are placed on SAP
• Check stock availability
• Identify suitable depot for orders to be placed in relation to stock available
• Ensure all invoices are raised
• Investigate and resolve and delivery/invoice queries
• You will be expected to handle all customer or internal queries that come into the department
• Liaise with internal departments to resolve queries
• Analyse stock levels and match against forecasted sales and to highlight and changes
All applicants must have:
Excellent communication skills
Strong numeric and IT skills
Extensive experience with using SAP system
Supply chain background
Superb reporting and presentation skill
This is a permanent full time role. Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5pm with rotational weekend cover. This will entitle you to one day off during the week if weekend worked. Salary £17,000.
