We currently have an immediate opportunity to join a thriving marketing company based in Northumberland.
The role of a Client Services Team Leader will be paid a salary of 18000.
Our client work on behalf of short term marketing campaigns as well as manage international accounts.
The particular role will entail managing an existing team of 5 Client Services Executives. The role is very hands on and will entail dealing directly will calls from the client as well as their consumers.
Our client represents an international Retail Brand and our client manages Gift Cards on their behalf.
The Client Services Team Leader will be responsible for:
Day to day management and motivation of an existing team of 5 Client Services Executives
1-1 Training
Compiling management reports and analysis of data
Senior Point of Contact for the Client
Dealing at the front end of all calls, alongside the rest of the team
Experience Required
Previous Customer Service Team Leader Experience
Dedicated Customer Service Skills
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Packages, including Excel
Client Management Experience is hugely desirable
Approachable and Excellent People skills
