An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Telesales Executive to join a well established media, design and marketing agency, based in the Newcastle area, who deliver creative solutions for a broad range of clients in sectors as varied as Tourism, Public Sector, Health, Business to Business, Consumer and Manufacturing.
The principle responsibilities will be:
Prospecting for new business and sourcing business leads
Selling advertising space to clients over the telephone
Contacting potential customers through outbound calling and promoting company
Providing high-levels of customer service at all times and handling all enquiries professionally
Achievement of targets and key tasks
Keeping up-to-date and accurate records of all calls and targets
Providing sales support to the account management team as required
The Telesales Executive will need to demonstrate excellent communication skills, Have a superb track record in sales and customer retention, have a good working knowledge of Word and Excel and have experience in a target-based role. Training on in-house Customer Database will be provided. The Telesales Executive will have the ability to work unsupervised and as part of a team and work well under pressure.
In return the Telesales Executive will receive:
A basic salary up to 16,000 depending on experience
Generous On Target Earnings up to 21,000
A generous holiday entitlement of 25 days per year
Free on-site parking
Non- contributory pension scheme
The office is ideally situated, with easy access from the A1 and A19 motorways.
The position is available to start immediately.
Own Transport is required due to the lack of any public transport in the area.
