Job Description
The role is a fully generalist position covering: - Disciplinary and grievance process - Sickness management - Performance management - Advising Line Managers - Developing an effective relationship wth the Learning Partner - Assisting in the implementation of change initiatives and projects.
Candidate Description
The successful candidate will be: - CIPD qualified to graduate level or above, or be able to demonstrate equivalent working experience. - experienced in working within a generalist HR position - up-to-date in employment law - capable of presenting and advising senior and line managers.
