COMPANY
My client is a public sector organisation based in North Yorkshire, close to major transport links. They are looking for a Senior HR Officer for a period of about 6 months.
ROLE
The role is a fully generalist position covering:
- Disciplinary and grievance process
- Sickness management
- Performance management
- Advising Line Managers
- Developing an effective relationship wth the Learning Partner
- Assisting in the implementation of change initiatives and projects
PERSON
The successful candidate will be:
- CIPD qualified to graduate level or above, or be able to demonstrate equivalent working experience.
- experienced in working within a generalist HR position
- up-to-date in employment law
- capable of presenting and advising senior and line managers.
