French Speaking Administration/Accounts Assistant (6 month contract)

We are looking for a French speaking Administrative/Accounts Assistant to work within our International Team and provide full administrative support to a team of consultants. You will also be required to assist in the credit control department using your language skills speaking with our French Key Accounts.
The work is varied, challenging and rewarding both professionally and financially. Duties include candidate registration, travel booking, call handling and occasional credit control. Working as part of a team of recruitment consultants, and reporting to the Administration Team Leader, you will need to be able to work under pressure in a fast paced environment, completing tasks accurately and on time. You will enjoy working autonomously, managing your own time and prioritising your own work load as well as having good interpersonal and communications skills.
We are looking for candidates with previous administrative experience, a good working knowledge of MS Office packages and ideally a qualification in office practice (NVQ2 or equivalent).
