KCR Solutions are delighted to be recruiting a Purchase Ledger Clerk for this prestigious organisation based just outside of Newcastle City Centre.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
* To administer the Purchase Ledgers in an organised and efficient manner.
* Reconcile supplier statements on a regular basis.
* Open incoming mail and distribute to Divisions.
* To pay Suppliers via BACS or Cheques as required.
* Assist in the preparation of scanning documents and undertake that task.
* Control the input of invoices for Purchase Ledgers as required.
* To make sure the Accrual Report is kept up to date and manage the Manual Accruals.
* Liaise with all staff in the Accounts Department.
* Extract financial information on an ad hoc basis.
* To undertake training or to provide training for others as is considered appropriate.
* Strive to control the level of paper in the office by use of the scanning system.
* To order Accounts Department stationery.
* To ensure that you work in a safe manner and comply with the Company's Health and Safety Policy.
* Participate in any improvements to the Purchase Ledger.
