Job Description
They are currently looking to recruit a Project Administrator to support the engineering and project teams. Reporting to the project manager the project administrator will be responsible for all administrative activities, involving general coordination and scheduling of work, amending project plans, collation of drawings, calculations, quotes and invoices.
Candidate Description
The successful candidate should be able to demonstrate the following:
- Excellent organisational skills
- Ability to manage information / experienced user of spreadsheets and databases
- It would be beneficial if the candidate could use Microsoft Access.
