Reporting into the Team Sales Manager this role will be responsible for driving Nike’s Team Sports business through building strong account relationships with existing and new Team Sports’ retailers.
Key responsibilities include:
• Providing excellent proactive customer service and product information to enhance account profitability, growth and brand loyalty.
• Being a Team Sports product expert, actively sourcing and recommending specific product for retailers.
• Building and maintaining excellent account relationships, acting as a point of contact for all account related matters and resolving any queries.
• Responsible for order management including the accurate and timely inputting of new orders and updating retailers on order status.
• Working effectively as a team member to ensure targets and objectives for business growth are achieved.
• Assisting with occasional external Team Sports Sales events and promotions.
Ideally the successful candidate will have worked within a busy customer service/sales environment and possess a sound educational background. Evidence of good organisational and planning skills are required in addition to exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. A good working knowledge of Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel and Outlook is also necessary.
