My client is Looking for a Customer services Officer to work in a retail-banking branch.
Candidate will be the first point of call and will be meeting and greeting the customers, helping them find the products and services which are right for them, as well as maintaining good relationships to encourage future sales.
You will either offer the appropriate service or product yourself, or introduce the customer to a colleague who will be able to advise them further.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a leading high-street bank.
The ideal candidate will be approachable and confident in speaking with a range of customers. A strong background in customer service is essential.
