We require experienced managers with a proven ability to motivate a team in order to achieve/exceed targets. Applicants must be numerate, computer literate and possess excellent organisational skills. Applicants will have experience of managing teams, dealing with high volumes of stock and a working knowledge of the warehouse or distribution environment. The duties are to include controlling and allocating work to team members, reporting, monitoring, coaching or mentoring and performance management. Team leaders will also address any grievances and discipline issues, adhere to Health & Safety and company/ corporate policies and deal with and take action on loss prevention issues. Applicants will be able to prove the ability to plan, organise, manage and contribute to team actions. Applicants educated to degree level are preferable and the ability to operate a FLT is desirable.
