My client, a major International market leader based in the Teesside area is currently seeking an Italian-speaking Customer Service Advisor, preferably with one other European language, to join its exciting team on a permanent basis. The job role consists of providing high quality transactional service whilst processing customer orders in SAP from inception to dispatch, raising invoices, dealing with customer queries in a timely manner via both telephone and email, and taking full ownership of customer accounts. Successful candidates will possess good communication skills, strong ability with several IT programs and a confident telephone manner. You must have experience within Customer Service and be fluent in Italian, English and one other European language.
