The successful candidate MUST have previous secretarial and/or admin duties in an office environment. Sound working knowledge of Microsoft packages, experience of managing diaries, preparing documentation for meetings and the ability to maintain and develop systems to ensure efficient management of information is key.
You must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, have a methodical approach to your work, excellent organisational skills and be able to work under pressure. The position may require you to travel between office sites so access to transport would be advantageous.
