Our client is currently looking for an experienced Recruiter to join their expanding team.

You will identify and source vacancies for our Apprentices, creating recruitment and placement opportunities for clients. You will need to be able to successfully match clients to the opportunities, ensuring that identified goals are met.

You will preferably have similar experience of working with 16 - 19 year olds within this environment. You will actively promote the company to the local community opening opportunities for our Apprentices. You will match clients with vacancies that most closely fit both parties' requirements to maximise satisfaction on both sides. You must also be able to build strong relationships to secure repeat business.

You must be qualified to teach basic numeracy and literacy skills and have previously worked within a training environment. You must also have a full driving licence with your own vehicle.
