Our Client is looking for a strong administrator with preferably experience in Production Control.

Your duties will include:
Performance monitoring & creation of KPIs
Progressing Customer Orders
Creation & Progressing of work cards
Creation of Daily/Weekly inspection and dispatch requirements
Scheduling & expediting of work through cells
Responsibility for maintaining accurate order book in line with customer demand/forecast.
Raising of dispatch paperwork
Creating and maintaining manning & capacity plan
Creation of forecast in conjunction with department manager
Responsibility for all stock/wip/finished goods within cell
Responsibility for monitoring recoveries in line with the forecast
Booking transport in line with customer requirements
Liaising with customers and answering customer queries
Investigating discrepancies regards to quality, cost and delivery
Monitoring of holidays, sickness and labour utilisation
Monitoring of sales and margin against forecast
Monitor supplier QCD
Creation of performance graphs


Key Competencies

Computer literacy - Good knowledge of excel, word and outlook
Ability to work within a team
Good telephone manner and the ability to liaise with customers and staff at all levels
Excellent organisation skills
Ability to multitask
