Job Description
to provide a punctual outbound service and process all inbound calls with the timescale. Achieve targets set by managers. To achieve performance indicators, and sales targets. Provide guidance to customers on a range of products and services and maintain good trading relations and establish customer trust and confidence.
The candidate must have previous sales experience preferably within a sales centre or fields sales background. The candidate must have a strong telephone manner and good interpersonal and communication skills.
