Field Crew Leader (Drainage Leader) – BLUF0515
Newcastle
Salary £18,000
Our client are Leaders in the Water Industry, in order for them to continue their current rates of growth and development, they are now recruiting for Field Crew Leaders to join their Waste Water Department.
Our client is looking for experienced individuals who hold the prerequisite skills to lead, supervise and motivate a team within the Flow Survey department. The successful applicants will be required to undertake varied tasks to ensure the quality of data gathered is in accordance with the client’s specification.
Previous experience of leading a crew on site within the Water industry or similar would be beneficial although this is not essential.
You must be able to carry out your duties while adhering to company Health & Safety Procedures ensuring your own safety and that of the Crew you are responsible for; complying with working instructions and all other Company procedures at all times.
Above all candidates must have a positive motivational attitude, be physically fit, as this role requires lifting, and have the ability to work within an outdoor team environment. You will be flexible to travel throughout the UK, working nights and working away from home as required; due to the nature of the role a full UK driving licence is essential.
