A fantastic opportunity is available working for a leading financial organisation based in Gateshead.
The role involves taking inbound calls from existing customers, dealing with any queries, promote special offers and deliver excellent customer service at all times.
The ideal candidate for this role will have a proven customer service background, great communication skills and a good telephone manner. You also need to have good PC skills.
This is a full time role, you will need to be flexible between 8am - 8pm Monday - Friday and will also be required to work some weekends. Starting salary is £11,500 - £15,800 - depending on experience.
