CLAIMS NEGOTIATOR
CIRCA 12,600
Based in Peterlee
To promote the settlement of non-fault road traffic accident motor claims, to maximise recovery, whilst ensuring demanding service levels and targets are met and exceeded.
You will:
Effectively manage a caseload and utilise negotiation skills to close cases
Recover hire charges, cost of repairs and any other uninsured loses as quickly as possible
Build relationships to improve case closure
Ensure all company policies are adhered to
Ensure departmental, team and individual performance indicators are met
You will need:
Excellent communication skills, problem solving skills, organisational skills and be adaptable
