One of Europe's leading IT support and technical contact centres, currently seeking a German speaking Customer Support Representatives to work in the IT and Telecommunications sector. This is an excellent opportunity to join a young and dynamic Company, who actively promote career development and individual flair.
The role will involve:
- Customer support
- Answering billing queries
- Database maintenance.
- Resolving complex situations quickly
Applicants should speak fluent German and English and should be able to think creatively in a fast paced environment and be highly organised and motivated with excellent time-management skills. You will need to be patient with a good sense of humour with the ability to work well within a team environment.
This is a great company to work for, located within excellent transport links and parking facilities. The successful applicants will receive an excellent benefits package including a basic salary 14,375 (plus shift allowance)
This role will involve shift work as the department is open 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. Therefore applicants must be flexible to work daytime, evening, weekends and night shifts.
