The successful candidate will ideally be from a banking or financial services sales background with a proven track record of delivering quality sales results in a targeted environment.
Being a mobile personal banker, you will be responsible for driving sales across a number of branches in the Northumberland Area. You will have the ability to coach and mentor the cashiers to produce quality leads, which in turn will benefit you as you will ultimately convert these leads into sales. Also you will have a proven track record of calling existing customers in order to review their current products, thereby further developing business and generating income.
The bonus potential in this particular area is excellent with top personal bankers in the region making up to circa £8K annually on top of their basic salary.
