My client is looking to appoint an excellent Operations Mananager to maintain efficient profitable delivered goods operation, goods receipt, and merchandising operations throughout the depot.
To provide high quality service to the customer, whilst working within the constraints of the company policy and relavant legal requirements.
Would also be expected to recruit, train, disapline, develope all staff, and provide adequate levels of supervision , communication and opportunities for staff involvment.
The ideal person will be a first class communicator, be customer focused, is aware of his own strenghts and those of his staff and can develope where need be, whilst managing performance and continuous improvement..
Team work , managing costs, assertiveness, decision making and judgement are all key qualities.Alon with confidence, optimisim and stamina to do the job.
A Salary/package comparible to skills and qualifications will be paid to the person who is exceptional at interview.
