This is a rare and exciting opportunity to join a trusted Banking & Financial Services provider and play an integral part in the success of their local branch. As a Customer Advisor, you will be working closely with your customers providing full and detailed performance reviews of their accounts and making use of the groups wide range of specialist service providers. The successful candidates will also be required to provide excellent service to their customers and to generate profit by maximising personal sales, achieving and exceeding targets and providing sales through service.
Working to your own set of personal targets and managing your own weekly diary. You will also be required to establish yourself as a valued member of your branch, making sure that you consistently play your part in the key elements of the sales process: Daily & Weekly branch meetings, referring customers to specialists and ensuring that the branch looks first class and all brochures are displayed at all times.
You will have previous customer service & sales experience and be comfortable working with targets. Ideally, you will have worked in the financial products industry i.e. mortgages, loans, credit cards etc however this not essential. Many successful Customer Advisors have come from mobile phone, retail or contact centre roles. However, a strong work ethic and a desire to achieve in a competitive retail banking environment is essential
