An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced cashier to work for a busy company in Newcastle.
Reporting the the regional Financial Controller, main duties and responsibilities will include:
* Ensure that all transfer requests are reviewed and processed in accordance with current process & procedure documentation
* Reconciling bank accounts between accounting systems and the banks.
* Processing payments within the set regulatory and internal deadlines.
* Liaising with the companies bank and finance teams.
* Support the Client Account's payment processing activities
* Dealing with Bacs, chaps and cheque payments.
Candidates must have previous experience within a similar role and must be very organised and accurate. An attention to detail is a must and experience using the Kerridge system would be an advantage.
