Purpose of Job:
To maximise learner starts by ensuring employers and learners are identified for funded programmes. To identify suitable employers and learners and ensure their understanding and commitment to taking part and completing a full learning programme.
Main Tasks:
"Actively promote all of client product range to businesses and learners.
"Carry out training needs analysis with companies
"Complete and update all necessary client agreements and appropriate paperwork as per clients procedures
"Provide comprehensive information on the level of support and commitment the employer has to demonstrate as part of the programme requirements.
"Carry out effective means of business development via targeted telephone / foot marketing exercises.
"Maximise business opportunities through attendance of suitable business networks / events.
"Plan, target, achieve and exceed agreed profile in line with clients business plan.
"Maintain and update records with all relevant information including yeti and CRM systems.
"Support learner open days where appropriate.
"Identify alternative sources of funding to meet requirements
"Produce attractive proposals based on individual client needs and negotiate contracts.
"Maintain relationship and build on existing business with all clients
"Maintain strong communication links with all departments
"Cover absence of colleagues to maintain continuity and achievement
"Any other relevant duties agreed with Line Manager
