Operations Manager - £40K plus car + superb benefits

Based: North to Midlands

This is an exciting an challenging role for which we are looking for a unique call centre professional.

The role is supporting the management team across 4 Call Centres (throughout the North and Midlands) taking responsibility of the following areas:

§ Resource Planning & Forecasting
§ Driving the implementation of the overall business plan
§ Drive forward business improvements from identification to implementation
§ Defining and developing strategic proposals
§ Audit and risk
§ Finance and budget control

As the ideal candidate you will have strong contact centre experience at an operational level, ideally within financial services. You will be a strong communicator with superb leadership ability. You must have a flexible and committed approach to working, with the commercial insight to forge new ideas and the energy and drive to implement valuable solutions.
