A long established Training company in Gateshead is looking to appoint an experienced person who can deliver training in Child Care, monitor and assess trainees in the workplace and completing trainee administration. Qualified to PGCE or 7306/7 is Essential.
Applicants must have recent and relevant Care experience as well as excellent communication skills , the ability to work to agreed targets and a genuine interest in the progression of young people.
Knowledge of NVQ processes, and possession of TDLB/A units would be a distinct advantage.
