Chef de Partie required for prestigious County Durham hotel. We are looking to appoint a creative individual to join our very successful food and beverage operation. You will be responsible for the preparation, cooking and presentation of a section in the kitchen. The successful candidate must have required experience as a chef de partie or a wealth of experience at Commis Chef or Demi Chef de Partie level.
