My client, a major International market leader based in the Teesside is currently seeking an Italian-speaking Accounts Payable Administrator preferably with French or Spanish, to join its exciting finance team on a permanent basis. The job role consists of providing high quality transactional service with relation to the Purchase to Pay process, ensuring that the correct site purchasing procedures are adhered to. All aspects of accounts payable are covered by this role including matching, batching, coding and inputting of invoices, statement reconciliation and other ad hoc duties as required. Successful candidates will possess good communication skills, good IT skills and a confident telephone manner. You must have experience within Credit Control or at minimum an accounts function and be fluent in Spanish or Italian, preferably both.
