Main Tasks:
- Actively promote all product range to businesses and learners.
- Calling customers proactively to sell learning programmes
- Focusing on outbound sales to generate business opportunities
- Responsible for meeting /challenging sales targets through pro-actively selling products to businesses.
- Establishing quality leads for Sales Advisors to promote a positive conversion rate
- Ensure client satisfaction, including dealing with client queries efficiently and effectively.
- Provide information on the level of support and commitment the employer has to demonstrate as part of the programme requirements.
- Plan, target, achieve and exceed agreed profile in line with the business plan.
- Maintain and update records with all relevant information including yeti and CRM systems.
- To ensure that the company internal/external customer care policies are adhered to at all times.
- Maintain relationships and build on existing business with all clients
- Maintain strong communication links with all departments
- Carry out HR duties in line with Company Procedures
- Cover absence of colleagues to maintain continuity and achievement
