An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join one of the UK's leading sale sand marketing companies specialising in sales of innovative products. The Customer Service Advisor will be working in a state of the art order processing and fulfilment operation and based in South Shields.
The Hours of work are Monday to Friday between 0800-1800.
The role of the Customer Service Advisor will be:
To take and process orders from customers
To deliver first class customer service at all times
To communicate effectively with suppliers, stores and other internal departments
To deal with any web based enquiries
To effectively follow up customer orders
The Customer Service Advisor will need to have a positive attitude towards work, be flexible in their approach and have a passion for customer services. The suitable candidate must have experience of using Microsoft Word, Excel and Database packages.
In return the Customer Service Advisor will receive:
A salary of 14,000 per year
