To produce monthly reports and financial information statistics for Development
Awards to assist the Head of Programmes in Business Planning.
Organise and attend Development Award Panel meetings for the Tyne &
Wear area, taking minutes and co-ordinating the necessary paperwork,
ensuring applications are processed
To assist the Programme Executive – Awards in ensuring all Volunteer Development Award Assessors complete an application form, receive references and have regular reviews.
On a monthly basis, extract from month end performance statistics for all programmes.
To assist the Programme Executive – Awards with 3 month surveys.
To keep up to date and maintain the Regional Quality Files in line with the toolkit ensuring their completeness for audit at a specific time on an annual basis.
Provide support to the Programme Executive – Get Into with progression for participants following completion of the programme.
Responsible for incoming and outgoing post being dealt with quickly and efficiently.
Work as part of the Admin Team supporting other Administrators during leave or busy periods, including reception duties, when necessary and undertaking any other duties as requested by the Admin Manager.
