Our client a leading training and HR Consultancy based within North Tyneside has immediate positions for an Experienced Co-ordinator.
Due to a new national contract, we are seeking experienced individuals with experience within the Training/Education or Recruitment Sector.
Our client currently employs around 100 Full Time Staff and is recording their busiest trading period on Record.
The role will include:
- To ensure all Students are enrolled onto programmes, by administering all relevant paperwork
- Issuing Certificates
- - Carrying out Audits and administering Student Progress
- To Co-ordinate Examinations and communicating this in a efficient manner to students
- To provide Management Reports
- Working in Partnership with Students to offer advice and support through the enrolment and learning cycle.
- General Administration duties
Experience and Skills Required
- Previous Administration Experience of working within the Training/Education or Recruitment Sector
- Excellent Communication and Administration Skills
- Experience of working to Service Level Agreements and Liaison with third party companies
- Experience of managing caseloads.
- A Qualification in Training/Human Resources is desirable.
