We are looking to recruit a temporary administrator for our clients offices in Whitley bay.
The position will require an experienced administrator to assist in the education offices duties will include:
Dealing with customer enquiries
Dealing with student queries
data input
completing spread sheets
general administration duties
Filing, faxing emailing
Skills required:
Proficient at Microsoft office
attention to detail
polite and friendly telephone manner
Previous administration experience
Able to work as part of a team
The successfull candidate will be available to start immediately on a full time basis for a period of around 3 months. The hourly pay rate will be 6.50 per hour and not have any immediate holiday plans. Should you require further information please contact Jayne on 0191 2557900.
