We are looking to recruit a Temporary Library assistant to work in our clients offices in Whitley bay.
The position will require an experienced assistant to work in our clients educational library. Duties will include:
Dealing with student library enquiries
Assisting in the library
Checking in and out of books
Assisting with library requirements
general administration duties
Filing, faxing emailing
Skills required:
Proficient at Microsoft office
Good attention to detail
polite and friendly manner
Previous library experience
Able to work as part of a team
The successfull candidate will be available to start immediately on a full time basis for a period of around 3 months. The hourly pay rate will be 6.50 to 7.00 per hour depending on experience. plans. Should you require further information please contact Jayne on 0191 2557900.
