Identifying customer needs, promoting appropriate products and services. Principal responsibilities: Outbound calls to new customers and offering products and services through questioning, asking effective and appropriate probing questions to understand to underlying customer needs, handle routine customer objections and questions, proceed to sell the products. Essential skills: Experience of a Call Centre environment, outbound making and handling experience, sales and customer service experience, good communication skills, ability to work as part of a team as well as alone. you will have to ability to adapt to situations and deal with customers on all levels.
