Fantastic part time permanent vacancies to join a leading media company based in Cleveland in Teesside. You'll be dealing with inbound calls from customers who are wanting to disconnect their media services. Through effective communication you will then turn the call around and retain the customer's business. If you're target driven, thrive on a challenge, have first rate communication skills, have at least twelve months experience of working within a target driven environment and previous experience of working within a customer care environment this could be just what you're looking for. Training covers the first five and a half weeks and is held over Monday to Friday between 3pm and 8pm. Once training has finished, you will then work 20 hours each week over Monday to Friday between 4pm and 8pm.
