Providing administration support the role will involve:
- Using a case management system
- Developing good personal working relationships with key clients
- Dealing with telephone calls from debtors
- Assisting in business development initiatives
- Carrying out administrative duties for the team
All Applicants MUST have a minimum of 3 GCSEs (or equivalent) A-C including English Language and previous experience in an administration role. You should have good communication skills and be able to effectively deal with telephone calls in a calm and professional manner. Excellent organisational and IT skills are essential
