Parkdean was formed with the acquisition of Trecco Bay Holiday Park in November 1999. The Group has grown through a 'buy and build' strategy and now owns 24 holiday parks throughout the UK. Parkdean offers:

 

  • A range of quality holiday homes, including caravan holiday homes, lodges, cottages and apartments which are available for short breaks and longer holidays. Caravan and camping pitches.
  • The choice to own your own holiday home, contemporary holiday home or lodge at 19 of our holiday parks.
  • Parkdean's head office is based in Newcastle Upon Tyne, employing approximately 120 full and part time staff. It is here that the central reservations office is managed, along with the finance and administration of the business.
