British Airways is looking for committed Customer Relations Executives who share our passion for delivering the quality service that defines our customers’ journey.

We know that the customer’s experience begins long before they enter the airport and often after they return. In our Newcastle contact centre we have a dedicated team who through excellent customer service recover the customer when something goes wrong. Using a range of communication channels, such as emails, letters and most often answering incoming calls, you’ll support our customers. Working together with the team you’ll strive to achieve your targets and reach your personal development goals.

While your communication skills, both written and verbal, must be exceptional, your ability to listen is equally important; as you must be able to empathise with a customer and respond to their situation. Pro-active and confident in taking independent decisions, you’ll have the ability to resolve difficult situations and preserve customer loyalty.
