Client Profile :
Our Client is an acknowledged leader in the hydrocarbons, nuclear process and power sectors with ambitious plans for the future expansion across the industry. As a result they are now recruiting an experienced Project Engineer for their Stockton-on-Tees office to support the development of the recently opened Teesside Operations.
The job holder will be responsible for leading.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities :
To undertake specific design tasks delegated by the Project Manager or Project Engineering Manager.
Responsible to the supervision of Engineers and staff assigned by the Project Manager or Project Engineering Manager.
Execution of design tasks on proposals, delegated by the Proposal Engineer, Engineering Manager or the Proposals Manager
Liaison with other Engineering disciplines, as required
Provide support to Sales and Construction/Commissioning departments, as required
Compliance with Company Health Safety and Environmental Policies
Production of Weekly/Monthly Engineering Status Reports
Set-up and establishment of the Engineering and Design team
Monitoring and management of man-hour and capital expenditure associated with project control estimate
Timely delivery of Engineering and Design project schedule
Effective management of Engineering and Design related risks
Flexibility to manage Engineering & Design scope and associated project change controls
Interface with client representatives on all technical issues
Management of site technical queries
Management of the production and issue of ‘As Built’ documentation
Production of estimates for future company project bids
