Our agent’s all work on a self-employed basis and their role is to visit both domestic and commercial premises to obtain information for our clients. Utility agents also recover outstanding balances and make applications at Magistrates Courts for Rights of Entry Warrants and then execute those warrants. Agents must be self-motivated, well presented and have good communication skills. All our agents undertake a full training programme by either a supervisor or a specialist trainer before being allowed to carry out any duties for the company. Follow up performance monitoring, coaching and mentoring ensures each agent is able to maximise their earnings potential.
