This is a new growth opportunity with a Nationwide Recruitment specialist to join their relocated Gateshead offices specialising in the recruitment of Blue Collar Construction professionals.

This is an extremely established recruitment business working out of multiple UK offices and the construction trades division turns over in excess of 30 million.  They are framework partners to some of the largest construction specialists nationwide and are extremely well networked.

The Trades business split is 50% Building, 20% Civils and 30% M&E.

As a Senior Recruitment Consultant you will be expected to lead from the front with sales, running and developing your own accounts, managing existing business and contributing to the profitability of the office.

To be suitable you will need to have solid experience within a recruitment sales environment, preferably with exposure to Construction Trades & Labour / M&E.  You will be a sales focused, self motivated professional with a track record of success in a commercial environment.
